Mushroom Cultivation Class 2: Introduction to Modern Mushroom Cultivation

This is a 2 day, hands on experience on the ins and outs of modern mushroom cultivation.  Choose between two 8 hour lesson variations, which can take place on your property or in our laboratory depending on your overall goals. 

We will continue our education from our Class 1: intro to Microbiology with the intention of growing mushrooms.   During this tutor session the student can set the pace of the lesson.

Lesson Variations:

1. Growing Oyster mushrooms with straw, no electricity needed
2. Growing gourmet mushrooms on sawdust blocks
3. Start a business growing gourmet mushrooms
